From Booking Chefs To Becoming A Chef
I started my career as a publicist and marketer for food & beverage companies, restaurant concepts and cookbook authors/chefs. Through the years, I picked up many techniques from top chefs I represented whom I booked on national TV shows.
I primarily cooked for friends for their parties and family gatherings at their homes until their friends also started asking me to cook for their private events.
Eventually, I had a steady set of clients that I cooked for in the Lake Travis area while I continued to represent other chefs as their publicist. Hence, my clients have nicknamed me the “Secret Chef” so cooking confidential became a tagline.
